Business Development Manager (UK Home Students) – London, United Kingdom
We are seeking an ambitious and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on recruiting and supporting UK home students, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth across the UK education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit UK home students for higher education programmes
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, training providers, community organisations, and referral partners
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels to increase student enrolments
- Organise and attend education fairs, networking events, and promotional activities
- Generate and manage student leads through online and offline marketing initiatives
- Advise prospective students on course options, admissions requirements, and application processes
- Work closely with the admissions and compliance teams to ensure smooth application processing
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth
- Achieve agreed recruitment and business development targets
- Previous experience in business development, student recruitment, education consultancy, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the UK higher education sector and home student recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship\-building skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into enrolments
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full right to work in the UK
