Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long\-term collaborations
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and showcase our solutions effectively
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies and identify emerging opportunities
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry environment
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer data and sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Ability to develop strategic plans, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable initiatives
- Self\-motivated with a proactive mindset; comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Pay: £42,000\.00\-£43,000\.00 per year
