We’re looking for a commercially driven, confident, and curious Business Development Manager to help grow our ERP division.

This isn’t just another sales role. It’s an opportunity to become the face of our ERP offering—someone who can connect the dots between business challenges, technical solutions, and real\-world outcomes for clients.

You might already be selling ERP systems. Or you might come from a consulting or technical background and be ready to step into a more commercial, client\-facing role. What You’ll Be Doing

At its core, this role is about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing meaningful deals.

• Driving new business – Proactively identify and win new clients across manufacturing, distribution, and related industries


• Owning the sales cycle – From first conversation through to negotiation and close


• Consultative selling – Understand how businesses operate and translate ERP solutions into clear, tangible value


• Leading client conversations – Engage with decision\-makers, from operations managers to C\-suite stakeholders


• Presenting solutions – Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proposals that bring solutions to life


• Working cross\-functionally – Collaborate closely with pre\-sales, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth journey from sale to implementation


• Representing the business – Attend industry events, network, and build your presence in the market

We’re open to different backgrounds, but the common thread is commercial awareness, confidence, and the ability to connect business needs with technology.

• Experience in ERP sales, software sales, or business applications (e.g. Sage, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Acumatica)

• A background in ERP consulting or implementation, with a strong interest in moving into a sales\-focused role. Alongside that, you’ll bring:


• A proven ability to close deals and manage a pipeline


• Confidence speaking both business and technical language (e.g. understanding cloud solutions, cybersecurity, system integrations)


• An understanding of manufacturing or operational environments (e.g. production processes, timelines, bill of materials, supply chain)


• Strong presentation and communication skills – you’re comfortable speaking in front of clients and groups


• A proactive, self\-starting mindset – someone who takes ownership and makes things happen

• Real ownership – You’ll have a direct impact on the growth of the ERP division


• High\-value sales – Work on meaningful, business\-critical solutions rather than transactional sales
