£40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £80,000) + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus + Birthday Annual Leave Day + Progression to Sales Director + Industry Training

Are you a Business Development Manger or similar from a Satellite, Aerial, Smart home systems or Audio Visual background seeking the opportunity to progress and develop your career to Sales Director?

Do you want to work for a Multi-Disciplinary business, where no two days are the same within the Satellite, Aerial, Smart home systems and Audio Visual industries, with the opportunities to earn upwards of £80,000?

This dynamic, growing company opened their doors in 1991, moving from strength to strength becoming the go to experts in the industry, supplying to commercial businesses, trade professionals and individual homeowners.

In this role you will be responsible for generating new enquires, building sales pipeline and converting opportunities to confirmed orders, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

This role:

• Generating new sales opportunities and building a sales pipeline


• Managing inbound enquiries and converting leads into quotes


• Meeting clients on site or remotely to understand requirements


• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers


• Using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines


• Building relationships with clients, consultants and site teams

The Person:

• Commutable to and from Perivale, West London
