The company specialises in high\-quality printed packaging solutions, including Folding Box Board (FBB), folding cartons, and corrugated packaging, serving customers across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care, food, retail, and contract packing sectors.
This is a commercially focused role offering the opportunity to represent a well\-established international manufacturing operation with strong production capabilities, premium finishing expertise, sustainability credentials, and a growing UK market presence.\#\# The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include:
\* Developing and executing a UK business development strategy.
\* Identifying and securing new B2B clients within the printed packaging sector.
\* Building relationships with procurement teams, packaging buyers, contract packers, manufacturers, and brand owners.
\* Negotiating annual supply agreements and framework contracts.
\* Managing a structured sales pipeline and achieving annual revenue targets.
\* Working closely with technical, production, and logistics teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
\* Providing market intelligence and competitor insights to support growth initiatives.
\* Representing the business at customer meetings, industry events, and commercial presentations.
\#\# Candidate Profile
We are seeking a proven packaging sales professional who can demonstrate:
\* Successful B2B sales or business development experience within the UK packaging industry.
\* Strong knowledge of folding cartons, FBB, corrugated packaging, or related packaging products.
\* A track record of winning new business and developing high\-value commercial accounts.
\* An established network across FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, personal care, food, retail, or contract packing sectors.
\* Strong understanding of UK packaging procurement processes, sustainability requirements, and compliance expectations.
\* Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and commercial closing skills.
