Join a Growing Construction \& Refurbishment Company

Precise Enterprise Ltd is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across London and surrounding areas. We specialise in: Social housing projects, Refurbishments Kitchens \& bathrooms, Commercial renovations, Planned \& reactive maintenance, Void property works. We are looking for someone who already understands the construction industry, can speak confidently with contractors, developers, housing associations, landlords, and commercial clients, and knows how to generate and close opportunities.

IMPORTANT

If you have never worked in the construction industry, please do not apply. This role is ONLY for experienced applicants who understand: Construction terminology Refurbishment projects Estimating / quoting processes, Client relationship management, Commercial construction sales.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

\- Generating new business opportunities

\- Following up quotations and leads

\- Building relationships with housing associations, contractors, landlords, and commercial clients

\- Managing and growing your own sales pipeline

\- Attending meetings and site visits where required

\- Working closely with the QS and project delivery team

\- Achieving monthly sales and revenue targets

\- Helping grow the company’s long\-term client base

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

\- The ideal candidate: Has proven experience in construction sales

\- Understands refurbishment and maintenance projects

\- Is confident speaking with decision makers

\- Can build trust and relationships

\- Is organised and target\-driven

\- Understands margins, pricing, and commercial discussions

\- Can work independently and proactively

\- Has strong communication and follow\-up skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following: Construction sales Refurbishment sales Facilities management sales Social housing / planned maintenance Commercial renovations Property maintenance services

EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS

We are open to: Self\-employed sales professionals OR Directly employed candidates. Compensation structure will depend on:

\- Experience

\- Network

\- Performance

\- Employment arrangement

Starts from £40,000/year \+ % of on every contract worn. You have an uncapped earning potential.

TARGETS \& PERFORMANCE

This is a performance\-driven role.

Successful applicants will be expected to:

\- Hit agreed monthly targets

\- Generate qualified opportunities

\- Maintain strong follow\-up discipline

\- Contribute to company growth
