Hiring: Business Development Manager – NAS \& Storage Solutions \| Germany (Hybrid)

Location: Duisburg, Germany (Hybrid – office once a week)
Industry: IT / NAS / Storage / Channel Sales

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of NAS products across Europe. The role focuses on building and expanding strong channel partnerships, driving sales performance, and supporting market expansion in the IT infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow NAS product channels across Europe


• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets


• Support NAS solution development for the European market


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners


• Follow up on business opportunities and project execution


• Collaborate with international marketing teams (Europe \& Asia)


• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and roadshows

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field


• Strong knowledge of NAS, storage, or networking products


• Minimum 3 years’ experience in channel sales or IT distribution


• Experience with 3C products (Computer, Communication \& Consumer Electronics) or other consumer electronic products is highly preferred


• Good understanding of European IT channel ecosystems


• Native\-level German communication skills


• Professional English proficiency required


• Willingness to travel across Europe
