Business Development Manager (NAS Products) – Germany
Location: Duisburg, Germany (Hybrid – Office attendance once per week)
Salary: EUR 5,000–6,000 per month \+ Performance\-Based Incentives
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our NAS (Network Attached Storage) product business across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing channel partnerships, expanding distribution networks, managing key customer relationships, and achieving regional sales targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with strong experience in NAS, storage, networking, or related IT hardware products who is looking to play a key role in expanding a growing business throughout the European market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales channels for NAS products across Europe.
- Create and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and key customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
- Lead the development of NAS product solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Manage and follow up on customer projects from opportunity to closure.
- Coordinate with European and Chinese marketing teams to support market growth initiatives.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, roadshows, partner events, and customer meetings.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or distribution management within networking, storage, NAS, or related IT hardware industries.
- Strong understanding of European IT distribution channels and partner ecosystems.
- Existing channel resources and industry contacts are highly preferred.
- Hands\-on knowledge of NAS, storage solutions, networking products, or related technologies.
- Native\-level German communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional\-level English proficiency.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
