Role Description

We are seeking a full\-time, on\-site Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Manchester office. This role is crucial for identifying and securing new business opportunities within property management and lettings, and managing client relationships to drive growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing effective business development strategies, overseeing property management functions, negotiating deals, and ensuring high client satisfaction. You will also conduct market research, create compelling proposals, and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align opportunities with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, particularly within the property management or real estate sectors.

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and deal negotiation.

  • Experience with market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic planning, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with real estate market trends, especially related to property management and lettings.

  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.

  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
