Business Development Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our business in Germany, with a strong focus on web data, scraping\-related infrastructure, and proxy solutions.
This is not a generalist sales role. We are looking for someone who understands the industry, can speak credibly with customers about scraping and proxy\-related use cases, and can identify business opportunities in markets where public web data access, automation, and infrastructure reliability matter.
You will represent the company in front of clients and partners, build trusted commercial relationships, and help turn customer needs into qualified business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in Germany for proxy and web data\-related solutions
- Identify, approach, and engage potential B2B customers
- Conduct customer meetings and understand commercial and technical use cases
- Discuss customer needs related to scraping, public web data collection, proxy usage, and infrastructure requirements
- Work with internal teams to translate customer needs into suitable commercial solutions
- Build long\-term relationships with prospects, customers, and relevant market contacts
- Maintain pipeline visibility, meeting records, and follow\-up actions
- Provide market feedback, customer objections, and competitive insights to management
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial partnerships
- Good understanding of the scraping, proxy, or web data industry
- Familiarity with concepts such as residential proxies, datacenter proxies, scraping workflows, anti\-bot challenges, or public web data access use cases
- Strong German language skills, ideally native or near\-native
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable with external meetings and business travel
- Strong communication, relationship\-building, and commercial judgment
- Experience selling proxy, scraping, SaaS, data infrastructure, or related technical solutions
- Existing network in relevant digital, e\-commerce, data, or technology sectors
- Ability to speak with both business and operational stakeholders
- Experience in a fast\-moving international company environment

Pay: 50\.000,00€ \- 70\.000,00€ per year
