Business Development Manager (Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

Role Overview

We are hiring a senior level freight forwarding sales professional based in Western Europe. This role is designed for candidates who already manage direct shipper (BCO) accounts with active cargo moving from Asia to Europe, and who are able to transfer and grow those customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop direct shipper (BCO) customers in Western Europe


• Core trade lane: Asia → Europe


• Sell Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and/or Air Freight solutions


• Own the full sales cycle: client development, pricing, negotiation, contract closing


• Coordinate with Asia based pricing and operations teams


• Full responsibility for personal gross profit results

• 3–8\+ years of experience in international freight forwarding sales


• Existing direct shipper portfolio (not agent only or forwarder only)


• Proven business on Asia–Europe trade lanes


• Strong knowledge of Western European shipper market


• Ability to work independently and close deals end to end


• Fluent in English (local European language is a plus)

Pay: 70,000\.00€ \- 100,000\.00€ per year
