Accountabilities:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure across European markets.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.

  • Engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders, delivering consultative sales approaches tailored to complex enterprise needs.

  • Build deep expertise in target industries such as e-commerce, iGaming, travel, mobility, and SaaS to position tailored value propositions.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to design compelling proposals and ensure smooth implementation handover.

  • Maintain accurate CRM pipelines (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring strong forecasting and visibility across all deal stages.

  • Stay up to date on payments, fintech trends, and regulatory developments to identify competitive advantages and opportunities.

  • Develop and refine your own sales playbook with a founder-like mindset, operating independently and proactively.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in enterprise business development or complex B2B sales environments.

  • Strong track record of closing deals with large enterprise clients involving long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of payment technologies, financial services ecosystems, and relevant industry regulations.

  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments, with the ability to build pipeline independently without reliance on inbound leads.

  • Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales skills, particularly in complex organizational structures.

  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are a strong plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and modern sales tools.

  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
