Location: Kent area (Home base with travel across Kent)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus car allowance

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and manage strategic accounts within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and account management with hotels and luxury resorts, and the ability to build deep, long-lasting relationships that deliver measurable revenue and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin and market share targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, luxury resorts and other hospitality clients
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary commercial contact and trusted advisor
- Forge and nurture senior-level relationships with hotel owners, general managers, directors of sales and procurement teams
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts that drive profitable growth
- Maintain an active pipeline, forecast accurately and report sales performance to leadership
- Work cross functionally with marketing, operations and product teams to tailor offers and deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings as required
- Demonstrable success in business development and account management.
- Strong relationship building skills with a track record of winning and retaining strategic hospitality clients.
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing complex sales cycles
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging at C-suite level
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory and to attend industry events
