Accountabilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets related to gross margin, client acquisition, and conversion performance across the APAC market.

  • Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming and technology clients, identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and expansion.

  • Conduct consultative discussions with prospects to understand business challenges and develop customized solutions aligned with their objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and events teams to ensure client proposals are consistent, innovative, and commercially effective.

  • Improve sales operations by optimizing CRM workflows, lead management processes, and pitch methodologies using platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings across local and international markets as required.

Requirements


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing roles.

  • Previous experience within the gaming or technology industry is mandatory.

  • Background in either an in-house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency environment.

  • Strong track record of managing sales pipelines and closing business opportunities independently.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.

  • High level of fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is considered a strong advantage.

  • Experience working across multiple markets and managing regional business opportunities within APAC.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when needed.
