Sport London, part of the dynamic ETM Group, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth and spearhead strategic partnerships across our expanding portfolio of premium sports bar venues.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling one of the UK's most exciting sports hospitality brands \- known for electric match\-day atmospheres, premium venues and bold ambition.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving pre\-booked revenue, total sales and profit targets across Sport London venues. You will identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate and activate key partnerships, and build long\-term relationships that convert into high\-value bookings and events.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Manager will drive partnerships and customer engagement across ETM Sport London, developing and executing a strategic sales action plan to achieve pre\-booked, total sales and profit targets across the venues and wider company.

You will be responsible for identifying, establishing and nurturing key relationships with corporate clients, sports bodies, media companies and brand partners. You will convert these relationships into revenue\-generating bookings and events while ensuring exceptional customer service and aftercare throughout.

This role is both strategic and hands\-on \- ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment and wants to make a tangible commercial impact.

ABOUT YOU

Proven hospitality or sport sector experience: Experience within hospitality, sport or leisure environments is highly advantageous.

Sales \& business development expertise in a business development or sales role, with a strong record of delivering revenue targets.

Industry background: Experience working with premium brands, corporate clients or sporting organisations.

Commercial awareness: Data\-driven with strong understanding of revenue forecasting, reporting and pipeline management.

Outstanding communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Executive collaboration: Comfortable liaising with senior leadership and cross\-functional teams.

Proactive mindset: A self\-starter who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

CRM experience: Confident using CRM systems (Collins experience advantageous).

Passion for sport: A genuine sports enthusiast who understands key fixtures, fan behaviour and commercial opportunities.

Local market knowledge: Strong understanding of the London corporate and sporting landscape.
