The Client

Datacenter People is partnering with a French design firm specializing in engineering, project management, and consultancy for various sectors including data center.

What The Job Involves

• Define and execute business development strategies in collaboration with the Data Center department.


• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities with public and private clients, markets, and partners.


• Explore new service offerings or project types with existing clients to expand business opportunities.


• Support the search for projects as a general contractor.


• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote cross\-functional collaboration and identify new partnerships.


• Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders in the Data Center sector, including landowners, investors, and operators.


• Represent Artelia at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and foster business relationships.


• Manage professional communications on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.


• Collaborate with operational teams to propose tailored solutions for clients.


• Analyse client needs and guide prospects towards suitable mission formats.


• Develop and formalise technical and financial proposals with internal technical teams. Coordinate responses to complex tenders, mobilising Artelia’s expertise as needed.


• Support project contracting in collaboration with legal and technical teams.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• Higher education in engineering, business, or equivalent (engineering school, business school).


• Proven network and expertise in the Data Center sector with major market players.


• Strong business development experience, particularly with Anglo\-Saxon clients.


• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to unite teams across departments.


• Fluent in spoken and written English (general and technical).


• Comfortable working in high\-growth, fast\-paced environments.
