Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

Nirvana Group is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition across our nationally positioned facilities management business.

This is a senior, hands\-on role for a commercially driven leader who can personally deliver new business while helping shape and build a high\-performing BDM function.

This is a front\-line new business role with leadership responsibility. You will win clients yourself, drive rapid early\-stage revenue growth, and play a key role in developing the future sales and business development structure within the Group.

Salary \& Earnings Package

  • Basic Salary: £37,500 per annum

  • OTE: £60,000 – £75,000 (uncapped)

Commission Structure (New Business Only)
  • £150 per new client (minimum of three purchase orders or work instructions)

  • 2% commission on all revenue generated within the first three months of onboarding

  • Clients transfer to Account Management after three months

Definition of a Client

A client is the individual decision\-maker who controls building maintenance or compliance spend and personally instructs Aquilo Facilities to carry out works. A client is not a building, site, portfolio, or managing agent/company.

Reactivated Clients

Any existing client who has not generated revenue within the previous six months will be classified as a new client for commission purposes.

Tendered \& Quoted Works Protection

Any project, contract, or scope of works tendered or formally quoted within the initial three\-month onboarding period will qualify for the 2% commission, provided instruction is received within 12 months of the client onboarding date.

Commission is payable subject to revenue receipt and in accordance with company policy.

Probation

Your employment will be subject to a six\-month probationary period, during which performance and suitability for the role will be formally reviewed.
