Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to market expansion. Experience with Salesforce and CRM software is highly desirable to optimise client management and sales processes.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the organisation’s client base and increase sales revenue
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services
- Previous experience is recommended but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of CRM software systems such as Salesforce or equivalent
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and relationship management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
Pay: £24,599\.96\-£64,935\.91 per year
