Business Development Manager

Alpha Supported Living Ltd provides high\-quality, person\-centred supported living services that empower adults to live independently with the right support.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to build partnerships, increase referrals, and identify new growth opportunities while helping us deliver outstanding care across our communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, commissioners, brokerage teams, hospitals and referral agencies.


• Generate new supported living referrals and occupancy opportunities.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contracts.


• Support the preparation of tender submissions and framework applications.


• Build relationships with landlords, housing associations and partner organisations.


• Represent Alpha Supported Living at networking events, meetings and conferences.


• Work closely with the management team to achieve sustainable business growth.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.


• Maintain accurate records of business development activity and referrals

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in business development, marketing or commissioning within health and social care.


• Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.


• Knowledge of supported living, adult social care or domiciliary care.


• Experience working with local authorities or NHS partners (desirable).


• Strong organisational and negotiation skills.


• A proactive and target\-driven approach.


• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£38,248\.00 per year
