Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve organisational growth targets.

  • Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of industry developments and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry sector.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, along with other CRM tools.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision\-makers at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

  • A recognised qualification in business administration, marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
