We have entered our next phase: scaling globally and accelerating revenue growth. To support this, we’re building a high\-performing sales engine—and are now looking for a driven Business Development Intern to fuel our pipeline.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern to support our growth and partnership efforts. You will work directly with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, market research, outreach, and operational projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem\-solving, and working in a startup environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Identify and research potential partners, clinics, and business opportunities

  • Support outbound outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn

  • Assist in developing partnership strategies and sales materials

  • Conduct market and competitor research

  • Help manage CRM systems and sales pipelines

  • Participate in meetings with partners and customers

  • Support operational and growth\-related projects across the company

  • Analyze feedback and help improve internal processes
ABOUT YOU
  • Currently enrolled in a university program or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

  • Interest in startups, fashion and design

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, or CRM tools is beneficial

  • Building strong relationships with prospective partners and clinics

  • Contributing to measurable growth initiatives

  • Taking ownership of projects independently

  • Helping improve outreach and operational processes

  • Bringing proactive ideas and solutions to the team
Work format:
  • Full\-time• Start: Immediate• Contract: 6\-12 months
