Business Development Executive - Trainee

Trainee Business Development Executive Salary: Up to £28,000, OTE £35,000

Location: Central Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Founded in 2019, Aviation Events Group (AEG) is looking for an enthusiastic person to help us grow our exciting international aviation conferences and exhibitions. This is a brilliant chance to kick\-start your career in a friendly, fast\-moving company that runs world\-class events all over the globe.

Your First Step in Sales. You will be part of a small team where you'll learn how to find new business, talk with international clients, and help them market their companies at our exhibitions. If you've never done this before, we'll guide you through every step of the process, helping you build the confidence to win your first big deals.

What you'll be doing:

● Helping clients book exhibition booths

● Building positive relationships with customers through phone calls, web meetings and emails

● Learning how to pitch sponsorship ideas to big brands

● Researching and reaching out to new companies about attending events ● Keeping the customer database up to date

● Working with the marketing team to make sure every event is a success

● Traveling abroad to represent AEG at international shows About You

● No previous sales experience needed; we value potential and energy over history.

● A positive, "can\-do" attitude and a real willingness to learn new skills

● Excellent written and spoken communication skills ● Confident working both independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment

● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively ● Strong team player with integrity and reliability
