The Role
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by speaking with business owners and decision makers across multiple industries.
Your role will involve:
- Outbound B2B calling
- Proactively calling business owners and decision\-makers
- Identifying companies that need better websites, branding or marketing
- Building rapport and uncovering opportunities
- Booking qualified appointments and generating proposals
- Following up on leads and nurturing prospects
- Managing your pipeline using CRM software
- Consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- This is NOT a scripted call centre role.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Proven B2B telesales, business development or appointment\-setting experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confident speaking with company directors and senior decision\-makers
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Resilient and comfortable handling objections
- Professional, organised and self\-motivated
- Strong commercial awareness
- Digital marketing, website design, SEO or branding sales
- Agency sales experience
- CRM experience
