Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, e\-commerce sellers, and trading companies.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
- Convert prospects into long\-term customers.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customers’ logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare competitive quotations for freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and distribution services.
- Work closely with the operations team to provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market opportunities.
Essential
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
- Self\-motivated, proactive, and results\-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales.
- Existing customer network within the logistics or e\-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of international shipping, warehousing, or customs procedures.
