Your Day to Day
New Business Outreach
- Identify and engage prospective SME clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and in person interactions
- Research local companies to understand their operations and potential shipping requirements
- Generate interest and book initial meetings to explore opportunities further
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover supply chain challenges and inefficiencies
- Recommend tailored shipping solutions that deliver both financial and operational benefits
- Present proposals in a clear, commercially focused manner
- Take part in ongoing training including coaching sessions, roleplay exercises, and real world selling scenarios
- Build and manage your own pipeline, tracking activity and progress toward targets
- Close new business with support from experienced mentors and sales leaders
- Support newly won clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Strengthen relationships to drive repeat business and long term account growth
- Continuously refine your approach with guidance from dedicated coaches
- £35,000 basic salary with uncapped commission potential
