SOL GmbH designs and builds custom and modular exhibition stands for international clients, delivering projects at trade shows and events across Europe. We're a small, fast\-moving, multicultural team where you own your clients from first contact to handover.
About the role
This is an entry\-level role for someone who wants to own the full sales cycle from day one — find the opportunity, win it, close it, and keep the client. It's built for a hungry self\-starter who's ready to build a pipeline through outbound.
No prior sales experience required — what matters is drive, persistence, and coachability. We give you the tools (Apollo, Octoparse, HubSpot) and train you to use them; you bring the work ethic to build your own book of business.
What you'll do
- Build your own pipeline from scratch — pull exhibitor and attendee directories from upcoming trade shows (Octoparse), find the right decision\-makers (Apollo), and manage everything in HubSpot.
- Run outbound campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate qualified project briefs and opportunities.
- Own opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and close — across both custom and modular stands.
- Maintain and grow your accounts after the first win.
- Learn the custom and modular offering inside out so you can speak to what clients need.
- A genuine drive to build a career in B2B sales and real comfort with outbound / cold outreach.
- Ready to own the full cycle — prospect, close, and retain — not just one slice of it.
- Strong written and verbal communication; organized, persistent, and coachable.
- On\-site presence in Paris, Monday to Friday.
- Valid right to work in France. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship.
- Fluent English.
- Any exposure to a CRM (HubSpot) or prospecting tools (Apollo, Octoparse) — but we'll train you on the full stack.
- Interest in the events / exhibitions world.
- A second European language.
Pay: 2,000\.00€ \- 2,500\.00€ per month
