Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, at Glitz Media limited we are focused on making sure our hyperfeminine, glossy magazine encourages women to be the best version of their gyaru selves.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for gyaru, building strong client relationships with brands, creatives, and artists!

As well, driving revenue growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and strategic growth to make a significant impact within our organisation. The position is paid and ideal for proactive professionals eager to develop their careers in business development.

Glitz Media is a company founded in 2025, with the mission of creating a platform to encourage, and give voices to alternative people. Glitz Media owns Gals Mode magazine, a small publication with potential in a niche industry.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to maximise sales potential.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations customised to client needs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

  • Utilise CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage client information, and monitor sales pipelines.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
