Business Development Executive

The successful candidate shall be responsible for overseeing the distribution, development, and growth of our washroom product portfolio and brands. Key responsibilities will include managing inbound enquiries, developing and nurturing key wholesale and trade accounts, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth across the UK washroom and electrical sectors. The role also offers the opportunity to gain exposure to other markets in which FW3 operates, providing valuable scope for professional development and wider commercial experience.
This position is ideally suited to a motivated and commercially minded individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering sales success through proactive account management. While primarily office\-based, the successful candidate will be expected to undertake occasional customer visits to strengthen partnerships, support business development activities, and further expand key accounts.
Role Overview:
· Starting salary £26,520 Plus Commission
· Uncapped commission package \- a first year OTE of circa £30,000 \- £34,000 is anticipated, with this increasing in years 2 \- 3\.
· Lead and grow our washroom and electrical products distribution sales across the UK (including dispensing systems, hand\-drying technology and more).
· Manage and develop relationships with nationwide electrical wholesaler accounts.
· Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
· Involvement with product development, helping to shape innovative market\-leading solutions.
· Act as the first point of contact for all washroom customers, delivering an outstanding service.
· Proactively identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities from inbound e\-commerce sales.
· Create and send quotations.
· Deliver high\-quality account management to maximise customer retention and growth.
· Conduct occasional customer visits where required – with the potential to develop into a role which involves visiting customers frequently.
· Develop a key account management concept for customers and ensure that they are contacted on a regular basis.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
