The Role
We are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in the success of our apprenticeship and training proposition.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for proactively targeting large corporate employers to propose and present our L&D solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and potential clients through proactive outreach and from incoming enquiries.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Be passionate about people, business, and sales.
- Research, prospect, acquire and manage new accounts.
- Have strong communication skills to open conversations with potential clients.
- Contact clients through outreach - telephone, email, social media, virtual meetings.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Be confident to present our solutions in virtual, 1-2-1, and group meetings.
Requirements
• Good business and commercial awareness.- An enthusiastic and authentic approach.
- A passion for sales, business, and people.
- A brilliant and confident communicator.
- A track record in B2B sales and account management (preferred).
- Quarterly uncapped commission scheme
