What You’ll Do:
- Learn how to prospect new SME clients using phone outreach, email campaigns, and face‑to‑face engagement.
- Research local businesses and their shipping challenges.
- Secure meetings and introductions for further discovery.
- Understand client supply chain needs and identify how tailored shipping options can save them time and money.
- Present value propositions with clarity, confidence, and commercial awareness.
- Participate in structured sales training including live coaching sessions, roleplays, and real customer scenarios.
- Build pipelines, track progress, and close new accounts under the guidance of experienced coaches.
- Learn how to nurture new accounts, improve client satisfaction, and increase long‑term revenue.
- Work with dedicated advisors to help refine your approach and maximise your earnings.
- £35,000 base salary \+ uncapped commission
