Business Development Executive £25,000 – £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic £60k+ OTE)
Our client is looking for a confident and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team in Basildon. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ sales experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on targets, and wants genuine earning potential and progression.
This is a full-time, office-based role within a sociable and high-energy team where success is recognised and rewarded.
The Role You’ll be responsible for speaking with businesses, generating new opportunities, and managing relationships throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities include:
- Reaching out to prospective business clients
- Building and managing a pipeline of new opportunities
- Developing strong client relationships
- Understanding customer needs and presenting solutions
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Hitting and exceeding monthly targets
- Keeping CRM systems updated accurately
