Job Summary:

- Lead, mentor, and develop high\-performing business development and commercial teams
- Experience in business development, construction, infrastructure, engineering services, commercial management, sales leadership, or related executive roles
- Strong leadership and relationship\-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing major projects, contracts, or strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial awareness and market analysis abilities
- Ability to develop growth strategies and achieve revenue targets
