We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven Business Development Coordinator / Executive to join our growing team and help expand our client base and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for software development and technology solutions services

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, demos, and proposal discussions

  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to provide suitable software solutions

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents

  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Support negotiations, contract discussions, and project onboarding activities

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities

  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to support business growth initiatives

  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in software solutions, IT services, SaaS, or technology sales/business development and any B2B related experience

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and CRM tools

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales activities simultaneously

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and proactive mindset

  • Experience handling enterprise or startup clients

  • Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities
