Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Partner to help expand our UK procurement and sourcing network.

This is a performance\-based opportunity ideal for individuals with experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, business development, construction, interiors, procurement, or commercial networking.

We are a UK\-based sourcing and procurement company with extensive experience working directly with manufacturers and suppliers in China. We support businesses with supplier sourcing, procurement coordination, quality control, consolidation, and international supply solutions across sectors including lighting, acoustic panels, interior products, hospitality, and commercial fit\-out.

The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified business opportunities and book meetings with potential commercial clients to get their requirements.

Compensation Structure

This is primarily a commission\-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Successful partners will benefit from strong commission opportunities tied to commercial projects and repeat business. Hybrid arrangements may be considered for proven performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and commercial sectors

  • Generate qualified leads and consistently book appointments with potential B2B clients

  • Build relationships with contractors, developers, procurement teams, architects, designers, and commercial buyers

  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and direct engagement

  • Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for procurement and sourcing discussions

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and sales progress using CRM systems

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and project coordination

  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and business discussions

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand procurement requirements, project needs, sourcing challenges, and commercial objectives before arranging meetings

  • Gather relevant project information including product categories, estimated volumes, timelines, and sourcing requirements to support internal proposal preparation

  • Qualify opportunities to ensure alignment with company services and target sectors
Requirements
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, B2B sales, business development, procurement, or commercial relationship management preferred

  • Strong communication and relationship\-building skills

  • Comfortable conducting outbound outreach and engaging decision\-makers

  • Self\-motivated, proactive, and performance\-driven

  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up consistently

  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM software, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or lead generation tools is beneficial

  • Knowledge of construction, interiors, fit\-out, lighting, furniture, or supply chain industries is an advantage but not essential

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team

Pay: £500\.00\-£8,000\.00 per month
