About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and proactive Business Development Executive to help drive the continued growth of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing directly to company success.

The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, developing client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

\* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and market research

\* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

\* Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively

\* Arrange and attend meetings, presentations, and discovery calls with potential clients

\* Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports

\* Work closely with internal teams including marketing and operations to support growth initiatives

\* Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and commercial opportunities

\* Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records using CRM systems

\* Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to maximise conversion opportunities

\* Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

\* Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs

Skills \& Experience

Essential

\* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

\* Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities

\* Confident, professional, and commercially aware approach

\* Self\-motivated with a proactive and results\-driven mindset

\* Good organisational and time management skills

\* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

\* Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM software

\* Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills

Desirable

\* Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer\-facing roles

\* Experience within B2B and/or B2C sales environments

\* Knowledge of lead generation and market research techniques

\* Experience working to targets and KPIs

A degree is welcomed but not essential. We value attitude, communication skills, and commercial drive just as highly as formal qualifications.
