Location: Amersham, Guildford or Winchester / multi\-office support as required
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm \- 5 days a week Office based role
Salary: £26,000–£28,000 depending on experience

Join a busy, growing multi\-office law firm in a hands\-on Business Development role. This is a practical execution role at the centre of the firm’s BD and marketing activity. You’ll help keep events, content, follow\-up, CRM records and reporting moving properly, while working closely with the wider BD team, Client Services and department heads. The role is ideal for someone organised, proactive and commercially aware who enjoys making things happen rather than just talking about them.
What you’ll do
- Run the day\-to\-day coordination behind BD and marketing activity.
- Support event planning, registrations, logistics, collateral and post\-event follow\-up packs.
- Maintain content calendars, first\-draft posts, scheduling and asset coordination.
- Help keep CRM data clean, records complete and next actions visible.
- Support reporting packs, trackers, action logs and general BD administration.
- Coordinate marketing materials, approved templates, stock and version control.
- Help keep awards submissions, deadlines and supporting evidence on track.
- Highly organised and detail\-driven.
- Comfortable juggling deadlines and moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Experience in admin, marketing support, events, coordination or professional services support would be useful.
- You’re practical, responsive, and happy working in a role where good follow\-through matters.
- Exposure to business development, events, marketing operations, CRM discipline and reporting.
- A genuinely varied role across multiple areas of firm growth.
- The chance to build strong coordination and commercial support skills in a law firm environment.
- Close working exposure to how a modern BD and marketing function operates in practice.
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
