CJ Foods UK is seeking a Business Development Analyst to lead the growth of the Asian channel in the UK with a focus on both Korean and non\-Korean key retailers and accounts.

Main task

• Manage Asian channel accounts, one of the key sales segments for CJ Foods UK, including Korean and non\-Korean Asian retailers


• Handle B2B accounts such as wholesalers and multi\-site restaurant groups.


• Develop trade marketing strategies in collaboration with internal and customers’ marketing team


• Analyze sales data by account and category to generate insights and support strategic decision\-making


• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and conduct effective sales talks to promote products and close deals.


• Conduct regular market and customer visits to gather first\-hand market intelligence

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Strong passion for food (particularly Asian cuisine) or the FMCG industry


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience


• 3\~5 years of experience in sales or a related commercial function


• Understanding of the retail or B2B business landscape


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights to drive sales growth.


• Team\-oriented with a proactive learning attitude and strong communication skills


• Ability to operate effectively in a fast\-paced internal and external environment


• Fluency in English (written and spoken)


• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
