JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Business Developer responsible for developing the commercialization of our photovoltaic panels within a network of installers and B2B partners.
You will join an experienced team in an agile, fast\-growing environment, playing a key role in Belga Solar’s expansion. Your mission is to structure and accelerate commercial development across various segments (installers, distributors, PV sector players, and new international markets).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively develop sales of photovoltaic panels to new installers in Belgium
- Expand our distribution network through targeted partners (wholesalers, distributors, EPCs, specifiers, etc.) in Belgium and internationally
- Manage, retain, and grow an existing client portfolio
- Animate the commercial network through field initiatives (factory visits, client events, trade shows, trainings, Academy)
- Contribute to strategic company projects (new products, new services, new markets)
PROFILE
- Strong motivation for business development, with initial commercial experience considered an asset
- Good understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and client follow\-up
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial drive
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and a pragmatic, solution\-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English
