We are looking for a colleague, knowledgeable on and passionate about provisions and risk classification, who is keen on details and has the drive to help the teams bring functionality live in line with committed timelines.

Your job
------------

As a Business Developer, you are or become the expert of the provisions calculation chain, risk staging and risk classifications. You uncover and define detailed business requirements from our wide stakeholder group as well as from the various regulations. You oversee all requirements and \-together with the Product Owners and colleague Business Developers\- translate them into concrete, efficient and effective implementation plans that are in line with ABN AMRO's longer\-term vision.

You will ensure that these implementation plans are well received by the blocks (teams) that will be implementing them and, where necessary, you will act as an integrator to ensure that the implementation is actually brought live.

You adapt the vision and implementation plans continuously to the ever\-changing environment (both from a regulatory and an internal organisation perspective).

On top of that, you are also involved in the monthly reporting cycle, monitoring the process and providing analysis for our business stakeholders.

Working environment

ABN AMRO works in an agile DevOps environment and you will become part of a multidisciplinary team \- which we call a block \- of business and IT within the Financial Risk grid.

The Financial Risk grid is with approximately 250 colleagues responsible for (a.o.) RWA calculations and IFRS9 provisions, including model implementations, stress testing and scenario analysis, and Financial Recovery \& Resolution. Because the Financial Risk grid is at the heart of the bank's various value chains, your stakeholders are not only within Risk Management departments, but will cover business functions, Finance and other grids.

You work in co\-operation with a group of experienced colleague business developers.

Your profile
----------------

You are a Business Analyst or a risk\-oriented Finance Specialist with the following skill set:

• You have a strong background in IFRS accounting, in particular IFRS9


• You have proven analytical skills, keen on details and you are result\-oriented


• You are data savvy: you know data modelling, and have extensive experience using SQL and other data tools to analyse data


• You own strong communication skills, both verbal and written


• You are a process thinker: you place your solutions within the context of full processes


• You have at least 5 years experience in financial institution with exposure to agile IT development


• You are pro\-active and inquisitive

• A team with professionals in the field, where you can enhance your deep knowledge on the topic.


• An extensive stakeholder field, where you can improve on your stakeholder management skills.


• The above mentioned salary range is including holiday allowance and based on ar 36\-hour workweek.


• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.


• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.


• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000\.
