Business Developer

Camden Street Taverns Limited is seeking a motivated, organized, and communication‑focused professional to join the team as a Business Developer at Huck’s, 8A Camden Street Lower, Dublin, Dublin 2\. This role supports business development activities, internal and external communication, operational coordination, and performance monitoring, ensuring that daily operations align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication abilities, experience in managerial or coordination roles, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct market research to gather and analyse information on customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activity.

· Discuss business methods, products, services, and target audiences with internal teams to support commercial planning.

· Establish suitable quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and assist in preparing proposals outlining research programmes and associated costs.

· Collate, interpret, and present market research findings, identifying potential improvements in product design, pricing, packaging, or promotional strategies.

· Identify new business opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance market visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

· Prepare business reports, presentations, proposals, and communication materials to support strategic decision‑making.

· Brief marketing and advertising teams on business and client requirements, monitor campaign progress, and liaise on potential adjustments.

· Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders, presenting insights, research outcomes, and commercial recommendations.

· Ensure that all business development activities comply with internal policies, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Skills \& Competencies

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and professional documentation.

· Previous experience in management, coordination, customer service, or similar roles.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.

Salary: €36,605 per annum
