You will join a modern analytics data platform environment within a leading financial institution, focused on customer data management, enrichment, and distribution. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, you will support the delivery of scalable and compliant data services. The role combines data\-driven decision\-making, vendor governance, and continuous improvement across the data ecosystem.
Your Tasks
- Analyse customer data processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define functional and non\-functional requirements for vendor solutions.
- Evaluate external data and software providers against business needs.
- Design and monitor SLAs and KPIs for third\-party services.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business, technology, and procurement teams.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
- Support data governance, compliance, and quality initiatives.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or similar role.
- Good understanding of modern data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud\-based environments.
- Experience with vendor management, contract evaluation, and SLA monitoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured and analytical approach to problem\-solving and decision\-making.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
