We are currently seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Business Coordinator to support daily operations, improve internal processes, and assist management in achieving strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily business operations and administrative activities.

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution across departments.

  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.

  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables.

  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and operational tracking.

  • Organize meetings, maintain records, and manage calendars when required.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.

  • Support management with research, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in business coordination, administration, or operations.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.

  • High attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

  • Knowledge of business reporting and operational analysis.

  • Experience working with international teams or clients.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business process management.
