Senior Business Consultant – Transformation \& Change (Banking)

Overview

We are supporting a large transformation initiative. The programme is scaling rapidly and is focused on organisational change, governance, and execution of high\-impact business topics across the bank.

We are looking for a senior all\-round transformation consultant who can operate across multiple workstreams, structure complex problems, and support senior stakeholders in driving change forward.

This is not a single\-domain specialist role. It is a broad, hands\-on consulting position inside a fast\-moving transformation environment.

### **What you will do

• Support and drive organisational change initiatives within a large banking transformation programme


• Take ownership of short\-term, high\-priority topics (e.g. reorganisations, governance, stakeholder alignment)


• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable plans


• Work with HR, IT, operations, and senior leadership teams to align on decisions


• Help design and implement change management approaches


• Improve governance, structure, and execution across the programme


• Facilitate discussions and workshops with senior stakeholders


• Ensure progress on cross\-functional transformation topics that do not sit within a single team

What we are looking for

• 7\-10 years of relevant experience


• Background in consultancy (Big 4 or similar strongly preferred)


• Experience in banking, financial services, or payments


• Strong exposure to transformation, change, or large\-scale programmes


• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Broad business understanding across multiple domains (HR, IT, operations, governance)


• Experience in programme or transformation environments is a strong plus


• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
