<h2>What will you do? </h2>
<ul>
<li>Support the project team on strategic and organisational topics. </li>
<li>Analyse and structure complex information and translate it into clear insights. </li>
<li>Prepare high-quality analyses and presentations for various stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support organisational change and improvement initiatives. </li>
<li>Prepare and support workshops and stakeholder meetings. </li>
</ul>
<h2>Who are we looking for? </h2>
<p>You are a proactive and versatile consultant who can switch easily between analyses, strategic thinking and hands-on execution. </p>
<p>Ideally, you bring: </p>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English. </li>
<li>Experience with Target Operating Models is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience within Capital Markets is a plus. </li>
