Key Responsibilities:
1\. Responsible for identifying business requirements, producing requirement documents, and overseeing requirement reviews.
2\. Confirm product solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
3 Conduct user acceptance testing for products.
4\. Compile system operation manuals and training materials.
5\. Provide training on system functionality and usage.
6\. Lead information technology planning initiatives in this domain.
7\. Manage system maintenance operations.
8\. Oversee system modules including: CRM, BGPC, Digital Marketing Platform, and Dealer API Sales Core System."
Job qualification:
1\.Keep abreast of business developments, be familiar with the business processes and pain points of the area you are responsible for, and have a deep understanding of business needs.
2\. Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to accurately structure and describe requirements in writing, and communicate them accurately and promptly to product managers and development engineers.
3\. Excellent judgment skills, able to accurately assess whether product solutions meet business requirements, are complete, and align with daily business operations.
4\. Highly responsible, diligent, and capable of managing the entire lifecycle of requirements, driving cross\-departmental teams to jointly implement requirements.
5\. Experience as a consultant for CRM, WMS, SAP, or similar systems; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
6\. Proficiency in both English and local language as working languages. Chinese speaking is benificial
