The Job:
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service? As a key member of our Business Care Team, you’ll be the go\-to expert for customers in Denmark and Iceland. From managing orders to ensuring smooth deliveries, you’ll provide expert product advice, resolve claims and credits, and play a vital role in optimising our supply chain partnerships. If you thrive in a dynamic, customer\-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Your duties will include:
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product support, and handle claims/credits via phone and email.
- Offer product information, delivery updates, and ensure smooth order and billing processes for retailers and end users.
- Collaborate with distribution, transport, and commercial teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service.
- Use SAP, Five9, Outlook, Salesforce and Excel for daily operations, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
- Support onboarding/training in Gothenburg and assist with Business Care initiatives for diverse customer groups.

- Fluent Danish and English language skills, basic Norwegian is also highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer service or production roles.
- Intermediate – advance skills in PowerPoint, Excel and ideally exposure to Power BI
- The Ability to work 1 day a week in Copenhagen (Thursday), with some initial onboarding and training in Gothenburg
- Most importantly have a passion for customer service and looking out for your team.
