This is a key role in ensuring successful delivery of the People Transformation programme. Forming part of the Business Architecture network across the programme, this role ensures that the processes for the Recruitment \& Onboarding workstream are designed and aligned to business objectives and deliver against the functional requirements. The role will input into and capture future state process design enabling the People Function teams to deliver efficiently. This role will work with internal and external stakeholders across the People Transformation programme including inputting into change impacts, Op model design and testing.

Key Responsibilities Working with the Recruitment \& Onboarding Workstream Lead and SMEs to ensure business processes meet requirements. Collaborating with the Lead Business Architect to ensure E2E processes align with the ToM and identify potential impacts. Supporting process design decisions to maintain integrity within the design. Participating in design workshops to identify business needs and opportunities for process efficiencies.

Documenting future state processes and contributing to design configuration workbooks. What You'll Need to Have Knowledge of Recruitment \& Onboarding processes. Ability to navigate between big picture and small detail throughout the project. Detail\-oriented mindset.

User experience focus, considering user journeys in process design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholder groups. Critical thinking skills with a willingness to challenge for process improvement. Ability to operate under tight deadlines.

Experience in BPMN or process mapping is desirable. It Would Be Great If You Also Have Previous experience in a similar role. Familiarity with change management processes. Where Your Brilliance Can Take You At Boots, we believe in your potential.
