About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives by driving operational efficiency, gathering business requirements, and ensuring alignment across business and technology teams to deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify end\-to\-end inefficiencies and improve business processes

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements

  • Drive operational efficiency and support transformation objectives

  • Track value realization including cost optimization, productivity improvement, and risk reduction

  • Act as a liaison between business, transformation, and technology teams

  • Ensure smooth delivery through strong analysis and stakeholder collaboration

Key Skills \& Experience
  • Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering

  • Proven track record in improving operational efficiency

  • Experience in value realization and benefits tracking

  • Ability to drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and risk reduction initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem\-solving capabilities

  • Experience in Financial Services or large\-scale transformation programs is a plus.
