Business Analyst Transfer agency

Your Day\-to\-Day:

• Analyse business requirements related to Transfer Agency operations for mainstream funds


• Act as a functional expert on Transfer Agency processes and workflows, supporting operational and project initiatives


• Gather, document and validate business requirements with operational teams and stakeholders


• Perform gap analysis between existing processes and target solutions, proposing improvements when necessary


• Support implementation, transformation and optimisation projects impacting Transfer Agency activities


• Collaborate with IT, operations and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of new functionalities and process changes


• Participate in functional testing, validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities


• Ensure proper documentation of business processes, procedures and functional specifications


• Support issue resolution, production incidents and change requests affecting Transfer Agency operations


• Contribute to change management and release activities within operational environments


• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout project lifecycles


• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Transfer Agency environments


• Strong understanding of mainstream funds operations and Transfer Agency processes


• Experience using or supporting Multifonds TA as a business user or Business Analyst is highly desirable


• Good knowledge of investment fund operations and related financial products


• Experience with business analysis methodologies including requirements gathering, gap analysis and testing


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail


• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across operations, business and IT teams


• Experience in transformation, migration or process optimisation projects is considered an asset


• Autonomous, proactive and delivery\-oriented mindset


• Excellent communication and documentation skills


• Fluent in English; French is considered an advantage
