Within IT GMR \- Booking Post Trade, you join the BPT\-GSF Equity team as a business analyst on the GMO part. The BPT GSF Equity team covers the steering, management and evolution of the Sophis Equity information system throughout the "Front to Risk to Back to Finance" chain, enabling the development in Europe and internationally of equity derivatives activities.
As part of the expansion of our Back\-Office projects, the mission will be to carry out the following tasks:
- Drafting the expressions of needs, designing the solution with the rest of the team, and drafting detailed specifications for the project manager,
- Make the necessary settings for implementing changes, develop the recipe plan for changes, and define the associated test sets in relation to users.
- Carry out the unit recipes and integration recipes for the relevant functions and interfaces, provide user training before start\-up, and participate in production monitoring on SOPHIS for the Derivatives sector.

The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 days of remote work per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on\-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. With a higher education, you have at least 6 years of experience in business analyst positions, notably on a Sophis environment.
You master:
- Equity derivatives;
- The Sophis software
- The front to back chain (booking, life cycle);
- Back Office features: payment, accounting, confirmation;
- Organization and work in agile mode;
- All the steps of carrying out a development until its production (framing of the expression of need, specification, IT tests and users).
- Autonomous and proactive;
- Endowed with a sense of collectivity and able to work as part of a team;
- Customer service oriented and always attentive to users.
